The surgical instruments are developed exclusively for use with BioComp® AHEAD Implants and accessories. All tools are available individually or as part of a complete instrument cassette.
For an efficient and organized workflow, BioComp offers two instrument cassettes for the AHEAD Implant system: a basic set for standard implant bed preparation and placement, and a complete set including extra drills and angled handpiece accessories.
These cassettes are designed for safe transport, secure storage, and quick access during procedures. They also improve the cleanability of medical instruments through spatial fixation.

AHEAD drill stop
The AHEAD drill stop is a reusable PEEK instrument for physical depth control on the pilot drill and implant drills, for implants of 6.0 mm length or more. Placement follows the procedure you already know, without any adjustment to your technique.
